The Important Parts of My Life By Lizzi Botta

The Important Parts of My Life:

When I heard that this months blog post was about something important to you, I honestly had no idea what I should write about- there were just so many ideas floating around my mind. So instead of writing about just one thing, I chose to write about a few things important to me.

Image result for familyFamily:
Of course, family is very important to me- from going on vacations and having fun, to just looking through old photo albums, I don't know what I would do without them. And even though my siblings and I tend to fight a lot, whether its in five minutes or five hours, we always forgive each other. No matter how often my brother annoys me by playing songs like Fergalicious or how often my sister steals my clothes and acts like they're hers, in the end, we are family, and family is forever.

My dog:
I've only had my dog, Jasper, for a year, but he definitely is an important part of my life. I had wanted a dog ever since I was little, so the day we got Jasper, that dream finally came true. And even though dogs are a lot of work- house training them, walking them everyday, teaching them skills- all that hard work is worth it. Jasper always makes me smile, whether its from jumping into the air out of happiness or always greeting someone by rolling on his back and "asking" for a belly-rub. But, Jasper does do some not perfect things: he has eaten a whole sock, eaten my plastic retainer, eaten glass, wood, a spoon, and has jumped on the counter and eaten a chicken bone. Even with these flaws though, everyone, including me, still love him.

Friends:
My friends are such an important part of my life- they always listen to what I have to say, and will agree and be supportive, whether its me complaining, ranting, telling stories, or just stressing out. I have known some friends since Kindergarten, others I met in the past few years, but that doesn't matter how long I've known them- they're all still amazing friends. Even if we are just simply watching a movie, I always have a good time with them- and so many fun memories and inside jokes are made in these times.
